Yasamin Fahd provides representation to clients on a wide variety of estate planning, estate administration and civil litigation matters including tort, accident benefits, disability-related matters, negligence, occupiers’ liability, employment, property and commercial liability.

Yasamin is passionate about advocacy and regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court and various Tribunals. In law school, Yasamin was a member of her law school’s Community Legal Services clinic. Where she provided free legal advice to individuals that were unable to afford legal counsel. Prior to launching a law firm with her brother, she worked at a boutique law firm located in Markham Ontario, where she first articled and was later offered a full-time position as an associate. Yasamin lead the Estate Planning and Estate Administration practice at the firm, as well as, successfully thrived in the area of personal injury, employment law and general litigation. Yasamin is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, The Advocates’ Society and the Young Women in Law.

Yasamin enjoyed volunteer work in women and children’s shelter Yellow Brick House and Women’s College Hospital. She is currently volunteering with Matthew House Toronto, where she assists refugee claimants with their hearing process. Yasamin enjoys cycling, hiking, yoga and spending time with her family and friends.
