About Me

Shokur is a founding Partner at Fahd & Fahd Law Professional Corporation. Based in Toronto, where he assists multinational corporate clients with variety of immigration needs, including advising on work authorization, permanent residency and employer compliance inspections. He works closely with clients to determine the most practical and effective method to bring international talent to Canada in a timely, efficient manner. Shokur has experience with visitor visa, CUSMA (NAFTA), intra-company transfers and labour market impact Assessment process. Shokur has assisted clients from a range of industries, including finance, information technology, mining, manufacturing, engineering and food processing.

Before founding Fahd & Fahd law, Shokur worked at one of the Big Four accounting firms, assisting multi-national corporations with finding solutions in tax and immigration field. Shokur developed a clear passion for assisting clients navigate the complexity of the legal field in a comprehensive fashion.
